  • WedCam is a guest-filmed wedding video experience. We send you a vintage-style camcorder so your friends and family can capture candid, behind-the-scenes moments from your day. Depending on your package, we then turn this footage into a professionally edited keepsake.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

  • Yes! Your hire includes delivery and return shipping. We provide a prepaid return label for you.

  • We aim to post your WedCam kit a few days before your wedding so it arrives in time and you have some time before the event to practice.

  • You must return the kit within 72 hours after your wedding using the provided return label.

    Late returns may incur additional fees.

  • We understand that accidents happen. If equipment is damaged, lost, stolen, or returned in poor condition, we may charge up to $1,000 per camcorder, depending on the issue.

    We ask that you treat the camera with care so this never becomes a problem.

  • We aim to deliver edited videos within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your camera back.

    Because each wedding is unique and carefully edited, we don’t guarantee a fixed delivery time.

  • Yes! Every package includes delivery of all the raw footage, organised. You’ll receive all files captured on your camera.

    Please note: we can’t guarantee against technical issues or unusable clips.

  • Yes, absolutely! We love seeing your videos.

    If you post on social media, please tag or credit WedCam where possible.

  • Anyone at your wedding can use it; friends, family, bridal party, even you!

    We recommend nominating a “WedCam Captain” to keep track of it during the day.
